Shipping policy

We need an average of 1–2 business days to process your order and transfer it to the courier's logistics center. During high-traffic periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has been taken over by our shipping department, it will no longer be possible to make changes, including address modifications. Shipping will be carried out exclusively to the address indicated during checkout.

Shipments are made only on business days; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.

For orders consisting of multiple items, shipping may occur in separate packages with different timelines, depending on the location of our production partners.

Insured Shipping

If selected at the time of purchase, LeiShape™ Insured Shipping guarantees full coverage of the order against:

  • loss
  • theft
  • damage during transport

In case of shipping problems, the customer is entitled to an immediate full refund, subject to verification of the report through our Customer Service.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a unique tracking number. You will receive the code via email once the package has been handed over to the courier.

For some couriers, it may take up to 5 business days for tracking to be updated in the system. If you do not see updates after this period, please contact us and we will verify the shipping status.

Timelines vary based on the destination country. The following estimates are indicative and non-binding:

Note on Delivery Times

The times indicated are approximate estimates in business days. Despite our commitment to ensuring timely deliveries, LeiShape™ is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances, including:

  • customs or postal delays
  • national holidays
  • adverse weather conditions
  • strikes, demonstrations or logistical unforeseen events

Such events may cause delays beyond the standard expected timelines.

Remote Areas and Minor Islands

Deliveries to minor islands, mountainous areas or zones considered remote by couriers may require longer transit times than those indicated in the table.

Any delays due to these conditions do not constitute contractual breach. For any clarification on timelines in such areas, the Customer can contact us at: support@leishape.com.

Customs Duties and VAT

All our shipments are handled in DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) mode. This means that LeiShape™ covers:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • VAT

In exceptional cases where you receive a payment request, please contact us immediately. You can also consult your local customs office for further information.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

LeiShape™ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

If tracking indicates that the package was delivered to the provided address but you have not received it, please:

  • report it immediately;
  • file a claim directly with the courier responsible for delivery.

We use the courier's official information and its delivery confirmation to verify any refund or claim requests. We cannot accept claims submitted late or without official evidence.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at the time of order is correct and complete.

Since we begin processing orders immediately, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed and taken over by the shipping department.

LeiShape™ is not responsible for:

  • packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed to the provided address;
  • damage occurring after delivery has taken place;
  • failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable addresses.
