Order Cancellation

LeiShape™ offers the possibility to request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Cancellation can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed (no shipping label generated, no package prepared, no carrier pickup).

If the order has already been processed or handed over to the carrier, cancellation will no longer be possible. The customer may still exercise the right of return within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Return Policy.

To request cancellation, the customer must send a written communication to: info@leishape.com, including the order number. Requests sent through other channels (chat, social media, phone) are not valid for legal purposes.

Refund Upon Cancellation

If the cancellation request is accepted, LeiShape™ will issue a full refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase or, if necessary, via bank transfer.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, the request will be declined and the customer may proceed with a return following the conditions described below.

Relationship with the Right of Withdrawal

This Cancellation Policy does not replace or limit in any way the rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. The extension to 30 days is an additional service offered by LeiShape™.

Returns Within 30 Days

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, free of handling charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

• Product in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
• No signs of use, damage, dirt or wear.
• Complete with accessories, instructions and documentation.
• Accompanied by a return form or equivalent communication.

Intimate Products – Hygiene Clause

All LeiShape™ products (bras, bodysuits, shapewear, compression leggings and any other garment in direct contact with the skin) are classified as intimate items.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, the right of return is excluded for products that have been worn even once beyond a simple try-on over your own undergarments. Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, odours, residues or alterations from its original condition.

How to Start a Return

Send an email to: info@leishape.com including:

• order number;
• full name;
• reason for return (optional but helpful).

Refund Process

The refund will be issued only after inspection and verification of the returned product. The amount will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method.

Loss of the Right of Return

• Products that have been worn, damaged or show signs of use.
• Missing original packaging.
• Return submitted beyond the allowed timeframe.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at: info@leishape.com.

Photos of the product may be requested. If the return is approved, shipping costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of proof.

Free Size Exchange

We offer a free size exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Conditions and Limitations

• The exchange is valid exclusively for a size swap of the same model and colour.
• Exchanges for a different colour, model or variant are not permitted. To obtain a different product, the customer must proceed with a return (see Returns section) and place a new separate order.
• Product must be unworn and in original condition.
• Original packaging must be intact.
• No signs of wear.

Once the product has been received and verified, we will ship the new size or issue a store credit of equal value.

Shipping Costs for Size Exchange

• The first size exchange is completely free of charge.
• Any subsequent exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

Lifetime Warranty – Structural Defects

LeiShape™ offers a lifetime warranty on structural manufacturing defects for all products purchased directly from the official website leishape.com. This warranty is an additional commitment beyond the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

What "Lifetime" Means

The warranty covers the entire useful life of the product, defined as the period during which the product maintains its functionality under normal use and in accordance with the instructions provided. It does not refer to the lifetime of the customer.

What the Warranty Covers

• Seams that open or give way under normal use conditions.
• Material defects causing tears, rips or deformations not resulting from normal wear.
• Malfunctions of closures, hooks, elastics or other structural components attributable to a manufacturing defect.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Natural wear from prolonged use (fading, loss of elasticity over time, pilling).
• Damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents or modifications to the product.
• Damage resulting from washing not in accordance with the care label instructions.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
• Products purchased through unauthorised resellers.

Eligibility Requirements

• Be the original purchaser of the product.
• Provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email or receipt).
• Have used the product in accordance with the instructions provided.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To open a warranty claim, the customer must send an email to: info@leishape.com, including:

• original order number;
• full name;
• detailed description of the defect;
• clear photographs of the defect (mandatory).

Assessment and Resolution Process

LeiShape™ reserves the right to assess each warranty claim. After receiving and verifying the product or photographic documentation, we will communicate the outcome within 14 business days.

If the defect is recognised as structural and covered by the warranty, LeiShape™ will offer, at its sole discretion, one of the following solutions:

• Replacement of the product with the same item (or an equivalent item if no longer available).
• Issuance of a store credit of equal value redeemable on leishape.com.

Shipping costs for sending the replacement product are covered by LeiShape™.

Relationship with the Legal Warranty

This lifetime warranty is an additional commercial service offered by LeiShape™ and does not replace, limit or prejudice in any way the consumer rights provided by the Legal Warranty of Conformity, which provides coverage for 24 months from delivery for any defect of conformity.

Limitation of Liability

LeiShape™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. LeiShape™'s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the value of the product originally purchased.
